My Services - Disclaimer
There are a number of ways you may choose to work with me that are available to purchase or book through my website. The terms and conditions in this document apply to all of my services and products unless alternative terms are explicitly stated.
The services that I offer include:
Naturopathic consultations- once you book and pay for a naturopathic consultation, we will meet at the appointment time as arranged in clinic, via phone call or via a tele-conference platform online. At the first appointment we discuss your health history, current situation and goals. We may conduct safe in-clinic testing and I may refer you for external testing i.e. pathology testing. I may refer you to another health practitioner if indicated for your best care. After this I put together a Naturopathic treatment plan for you that may include nutrition and lifestyle advice, nutritional and/or herbal supplementation, and other Naturopathic modalities and possibly Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) sessions. This plan is discussed in your second appointment. You may either accept or decline to follow this treatment plan. On acceptance of your treatment plan I support you with future consultations. I offer ongoing long term wellness check-ups once clients achieve their initial health goals.
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) sessions- These are in person sessions that utilise a safe muscle testing process that may support the processing of unresolved stress patterns in the body. NET may also help to harmonise your subconscious beliefs with your conscious goals.
E-guides, e-books, pdf documents, blog posts, programs, online courses, in-person courses, webinars, videos, articles. Content is for informational purposes only and not intended to treat a medical condition.
My intention in offering these services and products:
Naturopathic consultations are offered to support you naturally in your health and wellness. Your body has an amazing ability to heal and Naturopathy and complementary therapies can offer holistic support for your body, mind and soul. I want you to feel supported, connected, informed and confident in yourself and in your self-care.
NET sessions are offered to support your body to process unresolved physiological stress patterns and often people find they just feel better after a NET session. NET may help to align your subconscious beliefs with what you consciously know that you want in your life, possibly making it more likely that you will be able to manifest your goals.
E-guides, e-books, pdf documents, blog posts, programs, online courses, in-person courses, webinars, videos and articles are offered for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose or treat a person's health or medical condition.
My qualifications include:
-Bachelor of Natural Therapies (from Southern Cross University)
-Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy
-Advanced Diploma of Western Herbal Medicine
-Certified Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) Practitioner
-PSYCH-K workshops with accredited instructors
-Member of Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA)
It is my responsibility to exercise all reasonable care and due diligence and to keep up to date with continuing professional education. I have a duty of care to my clients and I take this very seriously. Your health, wellbeing and safety are extremely important to me. If you require support that is out of my scope of practice, I will refer you to a suitably qualified practitioner.
As a naturopathic client, it is your responsibility to ensure that you disclose all health information, past and present. It is your responsibility to seek a medical practitioner for diagnoses and medical treatment. It is your responsibility to complete all of the forms that I give you accurately and truthfully. If you feel like anything is missing, you should add it in. It is your responsibility to communicate your feelings, thoughts, concerns, questions with me. I really won't know what you are thinking unless you tell me. I want this process to be as successful for you as possible. It is your responsibility to implement the treatment plan and communicate any feedback, difficulties, adverse reactions or side-effects to me as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to engage a support network for yourself, this may include other practitioners that look after other aspects of your health, and friends and family for social wellness.
As a NET client, it is your responsibility to advise me of any past or current mental health diagnoses, concerns or conditions. If you have a diagnosed psychotic condition, this is not the treatment for you. If you are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, you should not be in consultation or partake in these sessions. It is your responsibility to be under the care of a qualified psychologist, counsellor or psychiatrist if you have a mental health condition. I will assist in a mental health practitioner referral if you are working with me and I deem your care requirements to be out of my scope of practice.
Before deciding to book a Naturopathic consultation, you should consider how likely you are to commit to a treatment plan and make any advised lifestyle changes. I don't want you to invest and not be ready to make changes in your life. Naturopathic care with me is holistic and may involve a selection of: dietary intervention, lifestyle advice, supplementation and NET sessions. If you are not prepared to implement these suggestions, then now may not be the right time for you to invest in Naturopathic care. Occasionally there can be side-effects or adverse reactions to supplements. If this happens the client is to cease taking the supplement and let me know as soon as possible. I will then adjust treatment accordingly and report any adverse reactions as required.
Before deciding to book a NET session, you should consider if you are ready to address underlying personal issues. NET is an interactive process that requires the client's participation. The practitioner is merely the facilitator. NET does not deal with "reality" but with "emotional reality". NET can bring up traumatic memories that may or may not be real. NET do not deal with psychology, but with physiology. The client is in complete control and can discontinue the session if any topic arises which the client does not wish to discuss. Any conceivable life experience may be the subject of an NET session. Occasionally clients may feel emotional during or after an NET session. This is perfectly normal and can be likened to the purging effect of coughing or sneezing. Appropriate referrals to other Health Care Professionals are made where appropriate.
Before deciding to purchase any of my programs, courses or products, including ‘The 2 Week Body Cleanse Program,’ and the 'Nourish Your Nervous System' course, you should consider its appropriateness for your situation. If you have any health conditions, you should seek the advice of your medical practitioner before embarking on any programs or courses or utilizing any health advice to assess suitability for you.
Before deciding to purchase ‘The 2 Week Body Cleanse Program,’ please consider the following important information:
Pregnancy- The Body Cleanse program is made up of healthy wholefoods. If you are pregnant or become pregnant while on this program, seek professional advice on safe foods and herbal teas to consume while pregnant.
If you are planning on becoming pregnant, this program is safe as a body cleanse pre-conception. Note that it takes 3-4 months for eggs and sperm to develop, therefore it is best to complete a cleanse or detox at least four months before conception. This is especially relevant to a supplement assisted cleanse or more intensive detox.
Breast Feeding- This program without supplements is safe during breastfeeding. Some important considerations:
Breastfeeding mothers require increased water intake. Listen to your body and drink more filtered water with each breastfeed and throughout the day.
Breastfeeding places an increased demand on your body for nutrients. Choose nutrient dense foods as included in this program, and eat as much as your body tells you that it needs, without overeating. Remember, your body requires additional energy to support a growing human.
Potassium Containing Foods and Kidney Conditions- If you have kidney disease or have been prescribed a low potassium diet, please follow your doctor's advice. This program contains potassium containing foods and is not intended for people on a low potassium diet.
Medications- This program is a healthy eating plan. If you would like to supplement alongside this program, please seek advice from a health professional before adding any supplements to your regime.
Side-effects- If you are withdrawing from caffeine, sugar, alcohol or other unhealthy substances, you may experience symptoms such as headaches, nausea, bowel changes, lethargy. Ensure you are meeting your fluid requirements. These symptoms should resolve within a few days. If symptoms are severe or last more than a few days, contact me or seek advice from your qualified health practitioner.
Food Reactions- If you develop a reaction to any foods, stop eating that food immediately. Severe food allergy can be life-threatening. Food allergy signs and symptoms include:
tingling or itching around the mouth
swelling of face, lips, throat or other parts of body
difficulty breathing, wheezing
abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting
fainting or dizzyness
For more detailed information on food allergies and intolerances and where to get help, visit:
Intake forms and payment for consultations and sessions are completed prior to appointments. This leaves more time in the appointment to do the work that the client has booked in to see me for.
Naturopathic treatment does not guarantee results. I do the best that I can to support the client with the best treatment I can. I am human and may miss information at times. If something comes to light that I originally missed, I will apply this new knowledge as best as I see fit to ensure my best treatment for the client. I do not offer quick fixes or magic bullets. I treat symptoms as best as I can to relieve the client as soon as possible, and it is important to look at what is causing these symptoms and treat the cause. In addressing the underlying cause of symptoms, this takes time. Often treatment takes months to address these causes. I may refer the client for external testing to gather more information to guide treatment. External testing costs money and is paid directly to the providers. I do not make any money from external testing.
NET sessions do not guarantee results. I meet the client where they are and we work together utilising a safe muscle testing process to gather information and support the body to process unresolved stress patterns. We work with "emotional reality," which means that what comes up in a session may or may not be true in real life. The subconscious mind thinks the emotional reality is real and we support the physiology to resolve stress. The client's body does the healing, I do not heal. I facilitate the sessions in a supportive environment, but the client is doing their own healing.
Naturopathic consultations are not a substitute for consulting a medical practitioner. NET sessions are not a substitute for psychology, counselling, psychiatry or medical treatment. Articles, blog posts, e-guides, online courses, in-person courses and e-books are not a substitute for medical care.
If any concerns arise you should seek advice from a medical or mental health professional.
Before deciding to purchase any programs, courses online or in-person, e-books, e-guides that I may offer, it should be understood that any advice, recommendations or information offered is of a general nature and may or may not be suitable to your personal circumstances at any given time. For personalised advice you must have a consultation with qualified health practitioner. Before embarking on any programs or recommendations offered on this website via site pages, blog posts, articles, e-books, e-guides, online or in-person programs or other means, you should seek advice from your appropriately qualified health professional to consider your personal circumstances and put your safety first.
My Naturopathic services are especially suitable for women experiencing hormonal imbalance, pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS), peri-menopause, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), digestive issues, stress, anxiety, adrenal fatigue, preconception care, post-natal recovery. NET is suitable to address the stress component of these issues.
NET Sessions with me are especially suitable for antenatal women, post-natal and into their motherhood and parenting journey. In these sessions we can look at any fears around pregnancy and childbirth, becoming a mother and other specific concerns. Once baby is born and women are into their parenting journey, they may struggle with certain aspects of parenting and who they are now and want to feel better in their self. I endeavour to support the continual evolution of a woman through this journey to help her process her internal stress and align her subconscious mind with how she wishes to be in daily life.
