About Me
Education
I graduated as a Naturopath from South Australia Health Education Centre (SAHEC) in 2008, with an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy and Advanced Diploma of Western Herbal Medicine. I went on to further study at Southern Cross University, graduating with a Bachelor of Natural Therapies in 2012.
During this time I came across Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) as a patient. I saw the potential this technique had and decided to add this skill to my practice. I trained extensively with the creator of NET, Dr. Scott Walker and co-creator Dr. Deb Walker, completing many trainings in NET over the years in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Port Douglas. I became a Certified NET Practitioner in 2012, which included further training and oral and written examinations, in San Diego, California.
I became interested in evidence based techniques for healing the body/mind, and found Heart Math. I completed the Heart Math Practitioner training in Sydney. Further to this I embarked on a unique coaching journey incorporating Neuro Linguistic Programming and Family Constellations in Sydney and Melbourne.
Some time after experiencing the undeniable power of Pranic Healing, I completed Basic and Advanced Pranic Healing workshops. PSYCH-K® was my next venture, and I added this modality to my toolkit. Prior to my studies in natural therapies, I completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts specializing in Photography at the University of South Australia.

Over the years I have practiced in several clinics including my own clinics, in Melbourne, Newcastle, Adelaide and as of 2023, Canberra.

The Biology of Trauma®
​
Since 2021 I have been studying The Biology of Trauma® Certification with Trauma Healing Accelerated. This work ties in perfectly with my focus on mind-body healing and wellness. A core consideration in healing is biological factors that can be keeping a person stuck from advancing in therapy or their healing journey. I assess all of my clients for these biological imbalances that have often been overlooked or not known about.

Early in 2022 I went through a 3-stage application process to be accepted into The Advanced Biology of Trauma Program. Here I worked closely with integrative medical physician Dr. Aimie Apigian in the implementation of The Biology of Trauma concepts to advance my training and give my clients further specific opportunities and insights for their healing.
After successfully completing the Advanced Biology of Trauma Program, I entered into the Biology of Trauma Mastery level training. Here I participated in mastery level training with Dr. Aimie Apigian and also formally mentored the Advanced Biology of Trauma professional students. I completed this training in 2023 and am now an Advanced Biology of Trauma Practitioner: Mastery Level Certified.

Becoming a Mother
I am a mother to two beautiful children. I feel grateful to have experienced pregnancy twice and birthed two healthy children safely at home. My focus now is to be a present mother to my children, to continue to evolve and heal, and to share the journey of life, healing and becoming with the amazing women that come into my life.
​
I took some time off from Naturopathic practice to immerse myself in my children and motherhood. I now create space to support other women in their health and wellness, trauma biology healing, motherhood and parenting journeys. I recognise that I have some pretty amazing tools and experience to be able to support you now, and if you feel like we resonate and you’d like to connect, I’d love to hear from you.
